I am 72 years old and not technially minded I do feel that when I have a problem with my broadband I find it difficult to follow the instructions on the phone to the support team,at the moment sometimes when I try to load a page it just freezes and my connection drops I have sent emails to them and they have told me to try this and that which is beyond me so I am afraid I have to put up with it.
OK, I know there are lots of people in these forums that can help and that includes some good guys & girls from PlusNet, so don't worry. I'll post in your thread in the Community Support Forum as you sound as though you've got a technical problem to resolve. Best to leave this thread for the time being, as it's not a good idea to have two lots of posts going on the same thing. Regards.
