No upgrade till next billing period?

Hands up, i should have kept track of PN products more closely and spotted my BB Plus package is out of date and over-priced, however until Jan i have never exceeded the bandwidth limit. Embarrassed
Now i have i'm stuck with 100k or less at peak times and its killing me.
The upgrade to Premium will not kick in until next billing cycle in more than 10 days time..... can anyone help!?  I can't buy extra usage, and its getting rather annoying! Undecided
Thanks - glide.

I can't fault the service - might reboot the router for maximum effect.

I'll see what I can do, but it'll be 5-7 days for the order to complete. It's placed though Smiley
