No phone line for 12 days, no support from Plusnet, service abysmal!!

Reported and reported.....left hanging on phone line over half an hour.  Would never recommended Plusnet to anyone!!
Also paying inflated rates for broadband due to lack of competition - can only get broadband if I sit in the loft!!!

I'm very sorry for the problems you've experienced. I can see my colleague updated the fault ticket on the 8th and unfortunately it requires over 200 metres of cabling to be replaced to fix the common fault. Due to the timescales involved in this we've been advised that the next update will be on the 13th Nov.
