No email recieved warning us of impending price rise on our internet package
We have just recieved our bill for this months internet useage and it has gone up without any warning. I know that you claim emails were sent to evryone but it sems many have NOT received them. Poor show Plusnet and not the way to treat long-standing loyal customers. We are now considering if other providers might be a better and cheaper option. Carry on like this and you'll be losing a lot of your customers. Not happy at all.

Have you changed your email address from when you joined Plusnet and never updated it? You can also check any messages/tickets through your member center.
