No connection and no updates

I have been waiting for my broadband to be ready since January. On the 5th of January I got an email saying my broadband was ready to use, I waited for the router. Once I got the router really late I have been told nobody actually connected me to the cabinet. They told me Open reach was going to do it on the 26th January, then delayed to the 29th January due to a fault, then delayed to the 4th February. I have been in contact with one of your managers that told me I've been put in the priority list and the work was to be completed by February the 8th. The manager told me they were going to call me back but I haven't got any news. I called back yesterday and being told someone was going to call me back in a hour. Nobody called. I now have been one month without service. This is unacceptable. I keep calling and being transferred to the fault team, who says they will be in touch but nothing ever happens. Need to be connected now.
