No broadband since 13/07/2015

I placed order for broadband 13/07/2015 and today I got the mail that my order will be completed by 12/09/2015, but since 10/08 you changed the date four times. Yesterday I was assured by the your employee that at latest my broadband will complete 01/09/2015. Could you do something with that? How long can I wait?

Hi larysa87,
Our internal systems are down at present so I can't investigate this right now but have we advised you of a reason for the delay?
There are some circumstances outside of our control that can mean an order date is put back in such a way.
