No LIVE CHAT despite it being within opening hours

What a disgrace want to find something out and we were promised Live Chat would be OK when tickets taken away but at 16.50 on a Wed nesday I get the following message

"Sorry a Plusnet chat agent isn’t available at the minute, please refresh the page to try again. Chat is available 7 days a week from 7.30am – 10pm. Outside of these times, or if you want to talk about moving or faults, call us free of charge on 0800 023 2221 or 0330 123 9123 from a mobile"

What an absolute disgrace this company have become. See how the mighty are fallen.

I'm a customer get me out of here.

The source of that info needs amending.

The 0330 number would be chargeable from a mobile - the 0800 number would not.

If you want the best seat in the house, move the cat

Make sure you don't have any ad blockers currently running as this can stop the livechat service from running.
