No LIVE CHAT despite it being within opening hours
What a disgrace want to find something out and we were promised Live Chat would be OK when tickets taken away but at 16.50 on a Wed nesday I get the following message
"Sorry a Plusnet chat agent isn’t available at the minute, please refresh the page to try again. Chat is available 7 days a week from 7.30am – 10pm. Outside of these times, or if you want to talk about moving or faults, call us free of charge on 0800 023 2221 or 0330 123 9123 from a mobile"
What an absolute disgrace this company have become. See how the mighty are fallen.

The source of that info needs amending.
The 0330 number would be chargeable from a mobile - the 0800 number would not.
