Newsletter?

Being an idle sort - I thought I'd ask here before bothering to look.  Is there a Plusnet Newsletter at all? You know the sort of thing - news about service updates or new promotions etc sent by email, that if we had paper bills might be included in there as used to happen in the old days?
I mention thins because I don't wander on here that often and was surprised to read about the YouView Trial and previously the Sport announcement - which otherwise I'd never have known about!
The web pages here are a great resource, but there isn't always time to trawl through everything!  Smiley

Re: Newsletter?

There used to be newsletters - there's a link to the archive in the site links in the footer of these pages.

Re: Newsletter?

Powers that be could make better use of Twitter and/or Facebook to impart news etc. C'mon Plusnet - get with the Communications! Wink

Re: Newsletter?

Not making any promises, but definitely want to improve communication via various methods and a newsletter is something I'd love to bring back.

Re: Newsletter?

Great - there just seems/ed to be a lot I've missed out on and not seen.  Too much time spent hanging round Twitter really!

Re: Newsletter?

A newsletter would be a good idea but please don't push us to have to use Twitter or Facebook Wink

Re: Newsletter?

Used to read the newsletter. If you do bring it  back please don't confine it to Twitter or Facebook or I will miss it.

Re: Newsletter?

I'm sure if we were to bring this back it would be published on multiple platforms for all to see and no doubt that would cover Facebook, Twitter, Community and possibly even email again  Wink

Re: Newsletter?

I don't mind Twitter. Oh Get me! - I'm a Twitter-holic. Wink  Quite often - and in various experiments - a fact! You seem to receive faster responses from companies using Twitter than you do on email!
