Hi @Pnewt2019 & @Rob_pritch, I'm sincerely sorry for the issues you have encountered so far with your service.

 

I can see that the order has been completed and closed off on our suppliers, but your line is testing out of sync. Please can you connect your router in the test socket as shown here and also run through the troubleshooting here. If this doesn't fix the issue please raise a fault here to us and if you can let us know once done, we will pick this up for you.

Why have you only credited my account £9 instead of the additional full installation fee we agreed part of the ticket resolution and escalation?
