New customer - Engineer no-show

Waited in all afternoon yesterday for engineer to install my new fibre broadband. Never showed up. No phone call to explain why. Called Plusnet at 5.30pm to say where was he and they said I can't compalin until after 6pm as he may show up at 5.55pm. Yeah, right. I explained it would be too late by then as he would have missed his appointment.
Tried ringing after 6pm and of course I couldn't get through to the support line by then. After waiting in for 5 hours and missing a day's work I'm not going to hang on the phone for another half-an-hour.
So when do I get my new fibre install?

Sorry to hear that no engineer showed yesterday, I'm currently chasing this up and will update you as soon as I have further details.

I would just like to say thankyou for the lightning fast response. I appreciate you phoning me to start the resolution process. Hopefully, I'll be with Plusnet sooner rather than later now.

I've managed to get an appointment for the 2nd July 8am-1pm. Is that ok for you?
