Quote from: Gel
On Sunday I had another e mail saying I am on new service, confirming wrongly it had 2gb monthly allowance; assume system generated, and system not updated
about new offer!

Gel,
I think you might have missed my post to you on this yesterday.  I should have fixed the problem, barring the discount will start from next month instead of this, which I'm sorry for.

James, yes I saw it, and assume yesterday's + Net e mail was in response to your effort; seems
the system generated e mail advice to customers, by default quotes 2gb?

Re: New Option 1 offer with 10GB allowance

Yes - Apologies for that.  In order to put you onto the special offer I had to first change your product to BBYW1 Annual (2GB) before applying a bolt on to take you upto 10GB usage.

Re: New Option 1 offer with 10GB allowance

You've already agreed to your discount Peter.
It would be pretty off if we said we'd do it for you and then took it away.
(That means that it'll still happen).

Re: New Option 1 offer with 10GB allowance

You should get an email saying that you've been moved onto the 2GB product, but you should then get a ticket reply saying you've been moved onto the 10GB offering.
The reason for that is because there isn't actually a 10GB product, just a specific component that we have to add.

It's not your product, I'm on old prem 1 and using OpenDNS and it's not fully loaded after a minute.

Re: New Option 1 offer with 10GB allowance

Is p2p being rate limited during off-peak periods on BBYW1 at the moment given the Network is in 'Plan B' mode at the moment?
