Just transferred from BT (yes, I know Plusnet is part of BT).
The transfer was seamless, on time and couldn't have been easier.
After all the hassle of BT where every contact became an issue requiring multiple lengthy phone calls and broken promises, I'm a happy Plusnet customer so far.
