New Customer Feedback

I've just been activated last night. However, as plusnet indicated they would on the initial response email, it would have been nice to have been sent the further progress notification emails to the email address I indicated when I signed up rather than my new plusnet email address! This would have saved me having to just guess I was signed up yesterday and to try and access my new broadband account details. Other than that, all good so far thanks.

The emails should have gone to both addresses to be honest, I'll look into that and see what went wrong.
