I recently switched to PN but I lost my internet connection for four weeks due to a line tag cock-up thanks to Openreach. During this time I wondered if I had done the right thing switching from BT. The level of customer service I received from PN convinces me I made the right move. They kept in touch regularly by email informing me of any progress. When I phoned all the staff were friendly and seemed concerned I wasn't receiving the service I should have been. I would like to say a special thank you to Sharon in your complaints dept who sorted it out and who's offer of recompense has exceeded my expectations. Its nice to know there are companies out there who still value their customers.
