Money off our bill for bad service?

My fibre connection has been terrible for the past 2 weeks, customer support seem happy to ignore my ticket for long periods of time, weekends now mean my ticket will not be looked at till next week at the earliest.
Are we entitled to money off our bills for long periods of awful service?

You would've thought so, but unfortunately it doesn't work that way.
I too am waiting on my issue being resolved properly, they just don't seem to care, don't understand where they get the awards for 'customer satisfaction' from.
