Migration process.

http://www.ispreview.co.uk/index.php/2015/05/a-guide-to-switching-uk-broadband-and-phone-provider-af...
Didn't know where to put this and if it's already been mentioned, apologies.
Do Plusnet, or have they already, plan to advise customers of this change? I wasn't aware of it!

Re: Migration process.

It is discussed a bit here http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,140661.0.html but I am not aware of any announcement although the Plusnet website now reflects the new rules

Your question: Arrange the switch from your current provider
You used to need a MAC code to switch between broadband providers, but recent Ofcom changes mean that it's no longer needed. To switch an existing broadband service to Plusnet, all you need to do is give us a call, and we'll do the rest for you.

Re: Migration process.

At least they acknowledged the change of process and confirmed that systems and training were in place
