Migrated from Be - glad I chose plusnet.

First week with plusnet on unlimited fibre and I'm very happy.
Placed order for broadband/phone on 11/3/2013 and chose 19/03/2013 AM slot for BT engineer to install modem.
Doorbell rang 8.00 AM on the 19th, pleasant helpful engineer arrived and was all done by 9.15 AM.
After originally ordering essentials fibre I changed to unlimited, now downloading at approx 66Mbps. Woweeeee after 6.5Mbps with Be.
Phone to be connected on 04/04/2013 and with the excellent overall price, so far I've made the right choice  -  Thanks plusnet.

Welcome to the "other side"
Some BE members who have moved over have had issues (Latency / poor speeds on ADSL) but others have been over the moon with the service - myself included
