Title says it all - can one be provided please?

Not helped by the removal of the site search facility ... or have I gone blind?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi @Chris,

That does indeed help, though I obtained a link elsewhere after checking with another member of the team that a topic I read elsewhere might have lead me to being unable to renew on line.

My feedback though is that it would be very helpful if there were a link from the phone management pages please.
