I called customer support earlier this morning to check whether or not it would be worthwhile changing my package & downgrading to the basic fibre package. My call was answered promptly by customer support. After explaining my problem the PN employee suggested that I should have a chat with technical support before making any decisions. I was transferred immediately. My fibre connection was then given a thorough MOT. Consequently I'm happy with my present package. I'd just like to say a big thank you for the way that my call was handled immediately & by the polite & professional service I received. As ever, Plusnet has exceeded my expectations.
