Re: Madasafish transfer fee

1. It is not unusual to see people posting here with images that they have uploaded to various places embodied in the post. I cannot recall anybody previously who has not been grateful for the tip. As consequence of seeing this yet again I posted this suggestion: http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,84431.0.html
2. It isn't very helpful to post images that are too small to be read. If you had made your image a clickable link to a full size version of the image it would have been helpful.
3. As Peter demonstrated, attaching the image provides a clickable thumbnail which is much preferred.
4. These forums are a Community which works best when other members chip in with help. If you don't want comments, suggestions or tips from other users I suggest these forums are not the place for you and you conduct a private communication with Plusnet through the normal ticket system.

Re: Madasafish transfer fee

FAO danger11,
To confirm there is a fee for an inbound domain transfer, this is charged for any type of domain, however the ammount is clearly wrong and should be £25 inc VAT (or £20.63 inc VAT). With regards to the miscalculation of VAT and the incorrect ex VAT figure I will raise an internal problem to get this fixed as soon as I have the relevant information. Could you please send me a PM with your Mad as a Fish user name and I'll correct the fee for you
