I asked Plusnet to move my ADSL from one line to another. This took about 10 days. Yesterday the new line became active. The old line was also active. Today the new line stopped but the old one still works. On contacting PN I was told that they had ceased the ADSL on the line that they just provisioned yesterday not the old one. They now have to get the new line re-provisioned, which takes another 10 days!!!!
I'm very sorry that this has happened, I've had a look down the tickets on your account and can see that one of the CSC agents here requested it to be ceased earlier today. From speaking to him it was a misunderstanding on his part and he requested the wrong line to be stopped. The cease order was placed today and completed near straight away. I'm extremely sorry this has happened. I'll pop a ticket on your account shortly too.
