maybe if plusnet employed enough competent CS staff to be begin with staff wouldn't feel the need to have to come here on in their free time and fire fight.

@chenks76 personally, if it was me, i'd leave at finishing time. why would anyone want to work on after their finishing time to listen moaning [-Censored-] like us!

plusnet customers shouldn't feel like CS staff are "doing us a favour" by assisting in their free time.
they should have enough CS staff to deal with issue during working hours.
if that happened then maybe customers wouldn't feel the need to repeatably posts complaints until someone pops their head up in their free time to "do us a favour" and see what they can do.
also, if they have enough CS staff then employees won't have to wonder if they need to work on after their finishing time.

Or is this just a personal view ? How many customers have you asked ?
Yes i admit there is a lack of staff input here on the forums as they on Twits or bookface as well , but that not down to staff here, its down to upper management lack of understanding their customers needs.

You make some very good points @chenks76, but I too think you're missing the point. How annoyed would you be if you were in the middle of a customer support call trying to sort out your issue when the agent said OK, it’s finishing time for me, you’ll need to call back to speak to another agent or call back tomorrow where we re-open!
This just doesn’t apply to Plusnet, but to anyone where you’re in the need of their customer service. You have to admit if this were to happen it would make anyone’s blood boil.

Then you think staff are doing us a favour by posting in their spare time rongtw or why did you mention it in the first place?
If staff did their job properly in work time and bothered to read peoples' complaints before shooting from the hip (have the tickets to back this up) , maybe this forum would not be so busy with irate customers and staff would not need to post in their spare time.

@rongtw PN don't promise to make you happy, just proud!
Ideally PN should provide a level of service that is so good that very few people need to contact support staff at all.
