I've had nothing but good service from PN. Specifically, good customer service. I'm fortunate where I don't live too far from the cabinet so my speeds are good and stable. Any time I have called PN I've had quick answering, a person who I feel is progressing my concern rather than repeating to me what we've already gone over, and I left feeling satisfied. Same goes for email responses. Plusnet doesn't exactly have the highest download limits, but I've got to the point where I'm not paying for Tesco's value range but paying a little more, getting a little less, but getting the stability, reliability and good customer service. I hope you guys maintain your good record.
