Despite trying to contact Plusnet via chat and phone, I seem no further forward to getting the broadband service I ordered 03 September. I have a home phone service (part of the order) but when I try and track down when my broadband will be starting, I am put on hold and then cut off.
This is not acceptable. I really wish that I had not joined Plusnet and I am going to formally cancel my order as you do not seem able to provide the service.
