ISPA Council Internet Villain and Hero voting

Just voted BTOR as an internet villain given the hassle the're unconnected service has given me this year. I have also voted for PN as internet Hero as they gave me their undivided attention in getting the problem sorted despite BTOR reluctance to follow agreed pathways to resolution.
