I used to be able to send a message.. but that feature has gone now???

My broadband is super slow these last 3 months and when I went to send a message via my online account, I was forced to come in here.  I haven't been on in a while because the service has always been very good, fast speed with Fibre and direct contact with the tech department was one of the main features of Plusnet for me.  I call tech support and the waiting time is 1 hour.  What's happening?

You need to raise a fault via https://faults.plus.net
Regarding tickets - forget it - it is now totally emasculated
If you would like some help from other members please post the results of a BT Speedtest Further diagnostics

Yep, tickets for faults now take +24 hours before they are even looked at. I can no longer recommend PN based on quick and good support. Sad

oh no say its not so, thaey haven't become victims of their own success have they.. ?  Please God don't let it be another TalkTalk scenario... Cry

I have been using Plusnet for several years, even though backed by BT owning them in any case.  Their service was good and I'd used their support and fixed it quickly
However, I moved from ADSL to Fibre, and shocking service.  They booked in BT and then checked that they were still going to turn up, was confirmed.  Yet later in the day around 5.55pm informed that BT had told them they could not provide the service days before, just they had not told me
I'd employed an engineer to configure my computer due to fixed IP's etc - he waited for BT to arrive, cost me £195 for his time, which as Plusnet could not be bothered to inform is now wasted, as they will not compensate even though they admit is was totrally their fault in not informing me
Moving to a new provider, any suggestions?
TT are as bad, used them before (Before they bought out Nildram, Nildram were great).  BT masive, and lack help.
