Hmmm. Looking at your line the profile dropped just before 4pm yesterday which must have been from a resync, however our radius logs are showing that you've a connection ongoing for more than 2 days. Are you seeing disconnections still from your end, and are they being logged by the router?
If you could post back to confirm I'll be able to update the fault notes and get this passed back to BT for you.

Are you able to see why I am only getting 3 times the speed of dial up?

No other devises are connected to my ADSL line, no other windows are open, windows is up to date and it has been like this for MONTHS.

Your profile was set to 250, this will have been due to the disconnects on your line recently. As it's now stable, the profile has increased back up to 1750, however you may need to force your router to disconnect/reconnect in order to see the higher speeds coming through.

On a serious note, does anyone know what is going on? We are talking about 4 months now and as I work in the network security department i am being asked  "Are you still with minus net? and Are you still on insignificant band!!! "

BT Speed test site came up with an error.

It would seem the DLM has seen a downstream sync speed between 160 and 256kbps and set your IP Profile to 135kbp as a result.
