Ticket #75759318 was opened 9:46am, Monday 14 Oct 2013 - it is a simple request for interleaving to be removed.
As far as I can tell it hasn't even been looked at so far.
I see the stats say the average closure time is 2 days, 4 hours, 5 minutes and 55 seconds at the moment (target is 24 hours). If you are not even looking at tickets for 21/2 days I can't see how you can be achieving an average of less than that!

Too long at the moment unfortunately. The closure time is an average of many different ticket pools, some are shorter, some are longer. I'll get someone on to that ticket now.
