How do I report my problem?

I call the support number and I'm told I have to wait up to 30 mins.
I try to report the problem through the Plusnet website's support section and get an error message:
"Error
Sorry, An error occurred whilst processing your request.
The error has been recorded and our website team will investigate. Please try again later."

We've received your fault ticket, the team will pick it up and test the line asap.

Thanks Chris. I hope nobody tried in the last 30 mins or so (I had to power down the modem & router because the router couldn't connect at all this time).
