How do I go about challenging PN's 'Wont be beaten on Price' claim?

I believe I've found a cheaper 'ADSL only' provider than PN, offering roughly the same product as I'm on now with PN (I'm on monthly legacy PN Pro for £19.99) so how do I go about challenging PN to match or better this other deal?

1. Read the small print (the claim may only apply to currently-available products for new subscribers for example, and almost certainly is!)
2. Follow the published complaints procedure

The price promise is on Plusnet Value Broadband versus the lowest cost standalone broadband product available from a competitor. It covers the total cost of broadband (subscription + setup costs) over the competitor contract length, up to 24 months.

Mitchell - would you share your findings? Would be interesting to have a look and I am sure that members would be happy to pick it apart for purposes of comparison.
