Home phone heritage 240

Can somebody please give us an answer as to when we poor users on the heritage 240 program will have out incorrect recent call charge will get sorted out.
first it got ignored - we are not anytime plus, now just a sparse comment on the status, may some time we will credit you.
On the 240 it also affects the free time I have left, in my case I think it is 75 minites less call time than that shown.
I have only four days left till month end and a wife who want to phone Mother in Law and use up what minutes?

Unfortunately the fix isn't straight forward due to the call quotas, I've just been advised that it should be sorted next week but I can't give you a definite date I'm afraid.
