Can someone take a look at Plusnets inbound call routing. Selecting option 3 1 2 1 for home move updates is resulting in a disconnection on Monday night.

It was disconnecting on both numbers last night at around 10:30, was the dept closed?
I spent 30mins by trying the customer service option but gave up in the end and raised a topic here instead. Finally got through this morning but still not convinced that it is going to happen on the right days this week, if at all

Hi scfnet, yes they are closed from 9pm in that department though all that means is that calls should be routed through to our main support teams. I've raised a task to have this looked into for you, I'll chase it up tomorrow and update you as soon as we have any news. Thanks very much for the heads up.
