High praise

Hi Plusnet,
Just thought I'd write a comment to say Thank You for the excellent experience I received with my recent technical fault with my broadband. 
I've been with extremely slow broadband for well over 4 weeks, but with the constant updates via email and text, descriptions of the problem explained to me, estimated times provided and generosity from the support team I've found the whole experience to be extremely good.
Without a shadow of a doubt I'll be recommending you to my friends.
My career is based around customer experiences and this has been one of the best.
