Your sarcasm is not helping and not in that manner Peter, his post was totally unnecessary and borders on being a personal attack. If we all want to create unnecessary work for the mods, use the report to mod button. A simple polite suggestion was made, but no, you have to make a bigger issue out of it. mlmclaren certainly did not appreciate the remark,  the word "if" was meaningless in the style in which that post was made. endof.

Hi mlmclaren, it was raised a while ago that when there are more than 4 open tickets the 5th or 6th open one doesn't display in the member centre under open tickets and just 4 with the latest updates.
That's probably what happened in this situation.
Could you clarify what it is on the website that you consider to be misselling? I couldn't see exactly what you were referencing?

I consider the website saying I can "Do more at once" and Online Gaming "without" disruptions, yet I'm being told not told expect this...
Currently can't stream and download concurrently and trying to game whilst even the tiniest amount of data (like a radio stream) causing great issues for my games.
I was also lead to believe that the QOS system put in place by Plusnet was supposed to make everything work better together but obviously that's not the case.

OH AND
I was supposed to get a call back yesterday from you guys but to no surprise I didn't....
I've lost count of the amount of times I've requested a call over the last couple of months and the attitude that I got when I called in yesterday was "appalling" at least pretend to care FFS 
PS. The above call was the complaints department...
I hate how Plusnet's tune has changed since my cooling off period ended.
I will be informing the likes of ISPA, uSwitch and Which...

I used to be able to call up my tickets by searching for 'tickets' in the help assistant but that's gone now too. It's almost like PlusNet are doing all they possibly can to hide the ticket system. I certainly don't want to have an online chat with a random person about a ticket that's been open months. I guess I'm lucky the link in Anotherone's signature I just found still works 😕

For those of you - like me - who included a direct link in our sig
They have now emasculated that as the subjects you can raise a ticket on are heavily restricted and they still need 48 hours to answer it
You can't even raise a ticket with an account query which means that you can't even attach a bank statement to prove that they have over charged you

and that is a 5 working day response time as it goes to a different team - so not much use then
