Great first impression

Hi I moved to plusnet this week. A very good first impression. Very smooth and Mitch when I called about getting the router set up was very helpful. He was even able to offer some advice on home to fix my printer. Totally unrelated to why I'd called but he save me having to buy a new one. Thanks Mitch! He's is a credit to you please let him know. Such a pleasure to talk to someone in the UK who is also not reading a script (AOL, Talk Talk, 3 Mobile - you know who you are).
My only negative impression is how long it took me to find out where I could leave this feedback. What a palava. How bloomin' frustrating. Can't you have a 'feedback' button that brings you to this forum and tells you to register them post your feedback. Even when I worked out I had to go to the community pages, there was nothing obvious there about giving feedback either. So...
First Impressions - 10/10.
