I have just been reviewing my account with [mremoved] - CSC Analyst, and have found that his understanding and great patience have
helped to resolve my queries and extend my my term as a customer with Plusnet for a further 2 years. He was very helpful and considerate in overcoming difficulties that my impaired hearing and speech caused.
[mremoved]managed to conclude the business and provided a quality experience from a call centre.

Thank you for the nice report - unfortunately naming CS Agents names is against the Forum Rules but I have noted the name for staff so that he is properly recognised
