I really want some way to recognise and an amazing staff member at Plusnet, M. Kay (can provide full name in private message to plusnet employee). He went above and beyond today and fixed several issues on my account that hadnt previously been fixed properly. He was really friendly and chatty, fixed the issue in no time at all (very knowledgeable on solving the issue long term and not just temporarily) and was one of the best examples of customer service I have ever had (especially from an ISP). His CS is the reason I have created a community account in order to try and feedback this great experience. He even rang me back to confirm all the changes had gone through and a detail on account that manager needed to change was completed. Please can he get recognition.
