Good honest broadband from Yorkshire (but easier to contact Bangladesh)

What a joke Plusnet is. Must be raking it in selling on the Yorkshire promise.
£21 a month for broadband what a laugh had a quicker speed 8 years  ago on dial up.
4 hours to update iphone 2 hours on hold on phone to service center.
Thank god i only have 2 months left.
Plusnet is a total rip off STAY WELL CLEAR

Sorry to hear your having issues. Unfortunately you post doesnt give us a lot to go on.
Are you experiencing an ADLS fault? Have you raised this to support, if so would you mind posting up a ticket ID.
Some router stats would also be of great help in understanding what your experiencing.
