Re: Get it off your chest.... hahahaha

Thanks Matt - will you advise when the SNR reset is done and you've removed interleaving - do I then simply reset the router?  I presume that interleaving used to be off for me before all this recent trouble - which is why you're planning to switch it off again now that the connection appears stable following the BT repair?

Hi lowero,
Yes is the answer to all four of your questions there, I'm happy to report. I'll hopefully have something later today in which case I'll advise, otherwise it'll be tomorrow morning.

Re: Get it off your chest.... hahahaha

Matt was looking at your fault/account earlier today. I'll have a word with him when he's off the phone and find out what's going on.

Re: Get it off your chest.... hahahaha

Thanks Chris.  I've resync'd/retrained and think it's improved.  Can't retest on BT Speedtest - getting error at the moment...

I've seen a few reports of that today, however someone elsewhere has just posted saying it's working again.

Re: Get it off your chest.... hahahaha

I can't see any notes on the account saying that interleaving has been removed and unfortunately Matt's gone for the day. However it's looking much better than it was Smiley
