Flawless Home Move

Well i ordered a home move roughly 10 days ago via phone and no problem at all they said my phone would be connected on said date and same with my broadband today which they delivered on, so i went my new place everything works great Smiley
I can thankfully say theres been no trouble moving
was connected by 8am maybe it was before then but yeah Tongue
Few questions though i'm synced at
DownStream Connection - Speed 6880 kbps
UpStream Connection - Speed 448 kbps
does this mean i would be able to get more the 2mbps fixed line rate? i'm guessing roughly 3-3.5mbps

Thanks for the feedback!
You're assigned a 2Mbps profile by default during the training in period, this will lift in due course. Based on your current sync speed you'll get a 6Mbps profile, we've already lifted ours to 7150kbps to ensure we don't place any artificial restrictions on your service.

Yeah, if you've got a good sync and the line stays stable then you could be done training within a few days so just keep an eye on your speeds maybe once a day and you'll see the increase in due course Cheesy
