First chat session

Not at all impressed.
Used chat for an account billing enquiry.
Agent was pleasant enough but I got the impression was not able or willing to help and just churned out glib unhelpful answers (training issue?). I gave up when it was clear I was not going to get anywhere.
The wait between responses was way too long and to cap it all the link at the end of the chat to provide feedback does not work! (returns [object Object])

Thanks Harry. It was the same query (word for word) you resolved earlier. Obviously not everyone has your level of expertise!
