I just wanted to say thank you to all those who help on my ticket #63398212. I was supposed to be up and running with PlusNet on Friday 14th but the engineer was a no-show (even had the cheek to say that I wasn't at home at 7pm - the very time I was on the land line to PlusNet informing them that nobody had turned up). PlusNet got me an expedited install date for this afternoon and all things went to plan. MJ Quinn engineer turned up at 12:30 (called before to confirm this was ok) and I was up and running within an hour. Predicted 73mb / 20mb but seem to be getting the maximum speed so far.
