[Finally Fixed] Muckup on new account

I joined on Monday on the old BBYW O3 account.
3 days ago I tried adding the voip phone, after a day of no email I contacted CS. ( ID: 27969837 )
They said it hadn't been passed through and would have to be done manually. This was done, eventually, but now today I find I have no inclusive minutes but the O3 is supposed to have 240 minutes.
Asked about this 3 hours ago and still no feedback.
Not happy in that this and the fact that I cannot get any SMTP mail through (ID: 27974001), means that I am thinking about migrating again, even though I have only been here for 4 days.....

GLAD that I didn't join with an 18month contract! Crazy

I have fixed the SMTP issue, seems like the "firewall" setup didn't take. I reset it under the control panel and it is now passing the correct traffic.
HOWEVER no one has bothered to answer my ticket about VOIP yet, 10 hours and counting.

Have you checked back at the member centre to see if it's been added, even if the ticket hasn't been updated?
A bit naughty though. Hopefully a member of PN staff will pick this up for you soon.

Now running at 12 Hours since I asked for an update, and 4 days since I asked for my voip to be activated

James the issue is not that I haven't received my login details, I have, I however do not have any inclusive minutes which I should have being on BBYW Opt 3.  Crazy

FINALLY! They have activated my free minutes. Why does it take so long to do something so simple? It is not as if I was asking for an extra to be added to my account, just what was included in my package.
5 days to get my account to where it should have been with in 1 day. Huh
