Fibre Installs on a Saturday

I've just been made aware that BTOR make engineer appointments for FAULTS on Saturdays.
Is their provision for Fibre installs on Saturday too?

Okay Matty, engineer's here and the fibre modem is syncing fine. However my plusnet login details aren't working, any help on this?

I just said on hold until activation date so I was wondering now that I'm activated does it need to come off hold?
