Seems generally very positive but I wonder why Plusnet had the highest number of telephone mystery shops carried out

This is something that's already been commented on here internally, it certainly does make you wonder.  You'd think an equal number of calls would be the only fair way to allow consumers to make a better choice based on this kind of information.

Perhaps they liked phoning PlusNet because it was one of the few ISP's who they could understand Grin

I was just glad that BT, for all their failings, had an online form to request a MAC address, I didn't fancy having to explain to India what a MAC address was...
