It is a lottery if we get a Good engineer that will bother to go physically look. Case in point, #90504513 two weeks ago I had a by the books use the magic box of tricks engineer, that
never went near the cabinet like he said he would, if he had he would have found the same thing todays engineer found.
Today I got a good one, who took the time and found dampness and corrosion on the D side, which he fixed. My Sync speed has gone from 4k to 5.9k from that change
