Fax2email expiry

I know I left things a bit late, but it was within the 7 days specified in the first email:
Wed 02/03/2011 14:26 email from Plusnet:
If you wish to keep your current number, please arrange to have a fax sent to your number within the next 7 days.
Wed 09/03/2011 09:08 email from rightfax@fax2email.co.uk
Time: 09/03/2011 09:06:56 A fax has arrived from remote ID ''.
Wed 09/03/2011 10:20 email from Plusnet
Our usage statistics have shown us that you have not used the Fax-2-Email service in the previous three months and therefore we have deactivated the fax number.
I just checked and, they had deactivated fax2email, so I reactivated and was given a different number.

The same thing seems to have happened to me.
I received a Fax2Email:
A fax has arrived from remote ID '1                  '.
------------------------------------------------------------
Time: 02/03/2011 16:37:05
Another on:
A fax has arrived from remote ID '1                  '.
------------------------------------------------------------
Time: 03/03/2011 09:48:53
But it seems to have been deactivated since then.
My concern is that the number may have been allocated to another customer and they may be receivin my FAX mail.
Can PlusNet please respond.

did you get the warning e-mail wheelnut?
and since you did use it PN has trucked it again

Yes, I got the reminder on 1 March which prompted me to use the service on 2nd and 3rd March.
I would expect this to prevent the account being re-allocated on 9 March.

Can anyone affected raise a ticket with their previous fax-2-email number on and then flag it to us in here, we'll push these downstairs to get it reassigned. Sorry about this guys.

My ticket has been updated saying that my 0870 number is still allocated to me. I believe that it wasn't working on Monday because I should have received a FAX then.
I am happy that it is working now. Thanks Chris and sorry if I raised a false alarm.
