My internet went down on Monday for no apparent reason. I phoned PN and was asked to do some checks. Throughout the day I was kept informed of progress until they said the problem was to do with an upgrade at my exchange. I went to the exchange this morning and confirmed a piece of equipment was not working and they had engineers on the job. Got a phone call this afternoon from PN to say the problem had been resolved and my internet was working again. Throughout the downtime I was kept very well informed by PN. They often get critisism on the forums but I could not fault them. A big thank you to everyone at PN for getting me back on line again.
