Fantastic Help from Plusnet employee
Despite a lot of problems in getting actions sorted at Plusnet - I have found somebody who really cares about Customer Service
I had two vulnerable people without a phone line for 2 weeks following a change-over of service to Plusnet - I contacted lots of people at Plusnet but were receiving lots of mixed messages - several times not having calls returned and even told the issues could not be fixed until June.
The only person at Plusnet I could rely on was 'Lauren Barry'
This lady deserves all the credit in getting my problems sorted - I was called back daily and updated by messages on the Community Forum - Her assistance was tremendous and she made things happen
Thank you Lauren Barry you should be promoted to Chief Executive

Just out of curiosity, how did you get hold of Plusnet, was it by phone on the call centre number? I have been trying to contact them all week on behalf an extremely vulnerable person.
