I’d like to give some positive feedback on our experience of joining Plusnet. We received the Hub One in plenty of time before our Transfer Date and the Fibre Extra Service was activated on time. Initially Caller Display didn’t work so I asked for help on the forum and it was activated within an hour. There was a problem receiving the Reward Card claim email but this was also resolved and we have now received the Reward Card. The Fibre Extra Service is excellent, with consistent speed throughout the day. Thank you very much for making the transfer to Plusnet a pleasant one, Regards, M.
